Historical background to the vision and values
Church Planting Canada was initiated at a congress in 1997 in Bramalea, Ontario. Since that time it has developed into a broad network of Canadian leaders who have worked together to facilitate the multiplication of churches across Canada. The original declaration indicates the initial intent. As we have journeyed together, we have realized that the best way to meet these intentions is to focus on the missional nature of the churches that are being planted in order to engage in the tranformations of our neighbourhoods with the love of Christ, which has led to our shared vision and values. |
